Zoom Follow-Up Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Included in the cost of your course is a Zoom Follow-Up meeting with one of our Academy Instructors. After registration, you will receive an email with details on how to schedule your Zoom meeting. Zoom Follow-Up rooms have a limited number of attendees spaces available for each date. If you are unable to make your meeting, please contact us by email email@example.com within 72 hours of the date you are scheduled to attend so that we can reschedule you.
It is suggested that you do not schedule your Zoom meeting until after you have completed the course and had a chance to practice technique (if applicable). The Zoom meeting will also facilitate your certification in the class you have just taken. You will need to demonstrate that you understand the content and procedures for completing the service you are seeking certification for. Details about what is required for certification will be sent to you in an email when you register.
Do I Need to Be a Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician to Take the Training?
It depends on your state! Each state has different requirements so it is your responsibility to check with the Department of Professional Licensing in your state and know what is required prior to signing up for the course(s).
Do I Need to Purchase the *Kit Where an Optional Kit is Offered
It is suggested, if you are just starting out, to purchase the kits with the course. The kits are designed to provide everything you need to complete your course and take models. The kits available with the classes in our Online Academy are offered at a discount when you compare them to buying the items at retail. Everyone loves to save money!
How Quickly Will My Kit Arrive?
Sinful Lashes processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding Major US Holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 Noon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Please ensure that the correct shipping information is included on your order. If there is an error, please email us immediately and include the order number (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Kits ship free of charge to residents in the Continental United States and will arrive within 1-3 days. We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping within the United States.
Expedited Shipping: If you would like to receive your kit faster, you may choose Expedited Shipping at Checkout for a $ 25 fee. Expedited shipping arrives within 1-2 days (Expedited orders must be placed before 10am PST to be shipped the same day).
Flat Rate Canada Shipping: $ 20 (Can take 10-15 or more days to arrive)
Expedited Canada Shipping: ADD $ 45 (will be shipped FedEx Ground and takes 4-7 days to arrive
Flat Rate International Shipping: $35 Delivery times will vary depending on the country shipped to.
International Customs & Lost Orders
- Sinful Lashes is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information
- If a customs fee and/or charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- Customers have up to a maximum of 30 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
Track You Order
Sinful Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Please make sure to have your packages shipped to a secure location. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. If your package is lost, we encourage you to work with the USPS for compensation. If you discover your shipping address is incorrect on your order confirmation, please email us at email@example.com immediately to correct the address so we can ensure your package is sent to the correct location. Packages are picked up daily by 12:00pm (PST). After a package leaves our facility it is impossible to make changes to the shipping address.
